Im happy to share this component with any bell ringer who wants to use or contribute to it. The code is already on gitlab, if you want access to look or contribute, please request there.
The desktop application is written in C++/Visual C++, and the web server in C#. The web server is deployed in a docker container.
Nuget package for the engine is already here: Nuget.org. Anyone is welcome to use that.
