Setting the gender of ringers.

Q. Its taking me ages to set the gender of each ringer one at a time, how can I do it faster and easier?
A. If you use the validate all ringers option, with warnings set to on, you can discover all the ringers that don't have a gender set.



Then you need to highlight the rows that contain the ringers you want to change, and then right click to get a menu which can do this for you.
